Moped Store In Chicago Boss Refused To Let Me See A Doctor, What Can I Do?

Boss refused to let me see a doctor, what can I do? - moped store in chicago

I worked in a kennel in Chicago more than a year ago when I started having problems with my right shoulder. Well, even my work to walk dogs (dogs that pull too hard), scanning, discouraged and cleaning kennels scub with a long-handled brush. I've never had problems with my shoulder before that can happen, so I asked the shop owner if he could help me, doctor about my shoulder. He said he would receive care, and never spoke again with the exception of "Men are a funny thing. If the work of the shoulder is too hard now so that you do not even move his left arm without pain. I think my last one Question is, can I make a complaint against him for damages over time? What would be my size of LiMitat if I do not anymore and not yet examined the shoulder? I really do not want to complain, but I have not worked in a few months, and not to stress my arm, I still have problems

  1. Why do you need to visit you to a doctor. Just go. If your injuries were sustained at work and you can prove it, then away. You do not need your approval.

  2. Go to the Compensation Commission and local workers to collect an application form. Fill out the form and send it to them. To fill out a copy of the employer.

Then you can receive medical care and perhaps at a rate of partial permanent disability, the cash in your pocket would be.

  3. Get a consultation with an attorney in your area that deal with workplace injuries and has extensive knowledge of employment law and state.
